ELIGIBILITY

  1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older to enter the Thunder Bay Museum Classic Car Raffle.
  1. Ticket purchasers must be located in Ontario at the time of purchase.
  2. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Thunder Bay Museum Classic Car Raffle:
    • Thunder Bay Museum staff
    • The Thunder Bay Historical Museum Society Board of Directors
    • Employees of registered gaming suppliers
    • And members of the same household of each of the above

 

 TICKET SALES

  1. Tickets must be purchased in the province of Ontario.
  2. Tickets may be purchased online at https://tbmuseumraffle.bump5050.com/
  3. Tickets will be available starting 4 May 2022 until they are sold out, or the ticket draw date of 2 September 2022 is reached.
  4. Tickets are available at the following bundle prices:

1              for      $15.00

3              for      $40.00

8             for      $100.00

28            for      $300.00

  1. The maximum number of tickets available for sale is 9,000.
  2. All tickets will be delivered via email only. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that they receive their tickets, however, purchasers do not need their tickets in hand to be included in the draws. If you have not received your ticket(s), please contact the Thunder Bay Museum’s Raffle Coordinator:  Email: raffle@thunderbaymuseum.com
  3. While in-person ticket sales will take place only the emailed copy of the ticket is valid.  Paper tickets receipts are only for proof of purchase. 

DRAWS, PRIZES AND WINNERS

  1. Ticket sales will conclude 2 September 2022 at 12:00pm which is when all qualified tickets will be confirmed.
  1. A single ticket number will be selected on 2 September 2022 at 2:00pm by a Random Number Generation (RNG) program, from all raffle ticket numbers sold during the duration of the raffle. The draw will be electronically conducted from the offices of the Thunder Bay Museum.
  1. The winning ticket number will be posted to https://tbmuseumraffle.bump5050.com/ on the draw date of 2 September 2022. Winners will also be notified by phone.
  1. Ticket holders do not have to be present at the draws in order to win or to claim their prize. The winner will also be contacted by phone.
  1. Prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months following the draw date of 2 September 2022. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to, and approved for redrawn by, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
  2. The winner must provide their full name, address, email address, and phone number upon claiming their prize. 
  3. The winner is expected to take physical possession of the vehicle as soon as feasible and complete all registration and transfer paperwork with Service Ontario in coordination with Thunder Bay Museum staff.

GENERAL

  1. By purchasing a ticket in the Thunder Bay Museum Classic Car Raffle, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. All inquiries regarding the conduct, chance of winning, prizing or procedures of lotteries are to be made to the Thunder Bay Museum prior to the purchase of a ticket.

 

  1. All orders will be processed and fulfilled using the BUMP raffle management platform. In the event of any discrepancy, the records of BUMP shall be deemed correct and final. KDH Foundation is responsible for the conduct and management of the raffle.  The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

PRIVACY

  1. By claiming a prize, winner consents to the use of their likeness/photograph, first and last name, ticket number, city/town of residence and the audio/video recording (or written transcription) of the winner notification telephone call, for any publicity purposes by the Thunder Bay Museum.  The Thunder Bay Museum respects the privacy of its raffle supporters; we do not sell, rent, or trade our supporter lists. The information we collect is used to process raffle ticket purchases, keep our supporters informed about the activities of The Thunder Bay Museum, and ask for their support for our mission to collect, preserve, and promote the history of Northwestern.
